The Condominium Document Review Service will be provided by Condo-Check based on the following terms of service:

1. The Condo-Check document review process does not include a physical visit to the property.
2. All summaries and conclusions contained in the review report are based on information available in the condominium documents provided to Condo-Check by the subscriber ordering the document review service and therefore Condominium Support Services Inc. / Condo-Check assumes no liability for the reliance by the subscriber, on the information provided or not provided, or for the conclusions that result from examining this group of documents.  The review report is provided for general information purposes only, and does not constitute a guarantee.
3. The facts and information contained in the review report are based on the facts as presented today and that the facts and circumstances are subject to change, at any time, without notice.
4. The conclusions and comments contained within the review report are in no way, or at any time, as whole or in part, to be considered, or interpreted as a legal opinion, as an opinion of viability of a purchase or as an opinion of value.  Condo-Check nor its employees or consultants have any vested interest in the facts or information recorded in the review or the outcome thereof.  Condo-Check makes no recommendation regarding the purchase or sale of a condominium property.
5. The report provided by Condo-Check is not a substitute for a legal review.  We recommend a copy of the document review report be provided to the lawyer together along with all purchase or sales documents.
6. The data collected by Condo-Check will form part of the Condo-Check database and will not be distributed or disclosed without written permission.  Personal information will remain confidential as per our Privacy Policy, available at www.condo-check.com.  Condo-Check will periodically email relevant condominium information such as notices of condo seminars, consumer tips, condo-e-news, etc.
7. The liability of Condominium Support Services Inc. / Condo-Check and all directors, officers, agents and employees of Condominium Support Services / Condo-Check  for any claim related to professional services provided pursuant to this request for the review of the condominium documents, negligent misrepresentation and/or tort, shall be strictly limited to the amount of the fee charged by Condo-Check for the services rendered.  The subscriber agrees to accept a refund of the fee as full and final satisfaction of any claims that the subscriber may have against Condominium Support Services Inc. / Condo-Check.
8. Condo-Check will not begin a review unless all relevant and pertinent documents have been received.
9. All hard copies of documents provided to Condo-Check will be shredded 7 days after the review report has been delivered to the subscriber.
10. It is recommended that any application process required for approval of any and all pets be undertaken independent of the completion of the review process.
